More About Me

Mackenzie Dawson

Mackenzie Dawson is a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Realty serving buyers and sellers throughout the Hudson Valley and lower Westchester. Known for her responsiveness, guidance, and clear communication, she is passionate about helping clients navigate one of life's biggest decisions with confidence.

Mackenzie began her real estate career in 2026 after spending two decades in New York City media. As Books Editor at the New York Post, she led editorial teams in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and attention to detail were essential. Those same skills now help her clients make informed decisions and feel supported throughout every stage of the buying and selling process.

A graduate of Colby College with a master's degree in journalism from New York University, Mackenzie brings a researcher’s curiosity and a strategist’s mindset to every transaction. She is committed to knowing the local market inside and out, advocating for her clients' best interests, and making every move as seamless and stress-free as possible.

Deeply connected to the Rivertowns community, Mackenzie has served on the Philipse Manor Improvement Association and was involved in efforts to preserve the historic Philipse Manor train station. She believes that helping people find the right home also means helping them discover the community that makes it feel like home.

Backed by the global reach and resources of Coldwell Banker Realty, Mackenzie provides personalized service with integrity, professionalism, and care. Whether working with first-time buyers, experienced homeowners, or sellers preparing for their next chapter, her goal is always the same: to make every client feel informed, empowered, and excited about what's ahead.

When she's not working with clients, Mackenzie enjoys traveling, discovering new books, and taking long walks along the Hudson River.
